We deliver end-to-end construction solutions in Somaliland, including new building construction, repairs and renovations, technical assessments, and civil/structural/architectural design. We also build water and sanitation systems—such as water piping, sewerage facilities, and reservoirs—and implement security-focused building measures.
Our head office is in Hargeisa, and we operate across all regions of Somaliland. We use a matrix organizational structure built around agile project teams. This lets us work effectively in both urban centers and far-flung areas, with strong support from the head office to keep delivery efficient and timely.
We work with Somaliland government ministries, local authorities, UN agencies, and international NGOs including NRC, DRC, and CARE International. We also collaborate with civil engineering institutions and government bodies on both new construction and rehabilitation of local infrastructure.
